Protect Stable Residential Neighbourhoods

• Continue advocating for appropriate transitions between new developments and existing homes.

Improve Traffic Management

• Expand traffic calming measures in speeding hot spots.

• Advocate for additional stop signs, speed cushions, pedestrian crossings, and road safety reviews.

Better Planning Around Transit in the VMC

• Support transit-oriented development that includes complete communities with parks, public amenities, retail, and walkability.

• Ensure intensification near transit corridors is balanced and well-designed.

Strengthen Property Standards Enforcement

• Advocate for faster response times for property standards complaints.

• Push for stronger enforcement against illegal dumping, excessive garbage, unsafe properties, and neglected lots.
